We are in search of a highly skilled Prepress Manager to lead our prepress operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print production and prepress workflows, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality print-ready materials.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the prepress department.
Ensure projects align with deadlines and quality standards.
Schedule and prioritize prepress jobs to maximize workflow efficiency.
Assist in troubleshooting technical challenges during the prepress process.
Review print proofs and make necessary adjustments before final production.
Lead team meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.
Implement new technologies to improve prepress operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
Prepare reports on prepress production metrics for management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
Experience
7+ years of experience in prepress operations with strong managerial skills.
