Sustainability Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Sustainability Specialist to oversee our sustainability programs and initiatives. You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations and identify opportunities that drive our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of sustainability initiatives across various departments.
• Track and analyse sustainability performance metrics.
• Provide guidance and support for integrating sustainable practices.
• Foster partnerships with external organisations to enhance sustainability efforts.
• Prepare reports for management regarding sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure all sustainability-related policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in sustainability or environmental management

Technical Skills

• Project Management

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Certified Sustainability Manager (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in sustainability reporting frameworks: Knowledge of GRI or CDP frameworks is highly advantageous.
• Experience with lifecycle assessment tools: Hands-on experience with tools assessing the environmental impacts of products.
