Job Description

As a Process Engineer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be instrumental in enhancing manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality production standards. You will collaborate with a diverse team to design, implement, and optimize processes that lead to increased efficiency and reduced waste.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.
  • Work with suppliers to enhance quality and consistency of materials.
  • Assist in the design and layout of manufacturing systems.
  • Conduct process simulations to analyze performance and bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate in the development of capital project proposals.
  • Analyze production data to drive decision-making.
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Ensure all process changes are documented and communicated effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering
