Job Description

As an Assembler or Fabricator, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing operations. Your hands-on expertise will ensure the smooth assembly of components and adherence to quality standards, contributing significantly to our production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assembling components according to engineering blueprints.
• Fabricating parts and assembling finished products.
• Adhering to quality standards and procedures.
• Communicating with team leaders regarding production issues.
• Training junior staff in assembly and fabrication techniques.
• Utilising hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Reporting equipment malfunctions to the maintenance department.
• Executing tasks efficiently within stipulated timelines.
• Performing routine maintenance checks on machinery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Blueprint reading

Languages

• English: Fluent
