Automatic Winder Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automatic Winder Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring automatic winding machines to wind coils or transformers according to specifications. The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the automatic winding machine to wind yarn onto bobbins or cones.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure that finished products meet required quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company procedures and protocols.
• Document production output and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance workflow efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating winding machines in the electrical components industry.
