Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Art Program Manager to oversee and develop innovative art programming that engages our community. The successful candidate will lead art initiatives, coordinate events, and collaborate with artists and local creatives to enhance our cultural offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of art exhibitions and performances.
  • Build partnerships with schools and community organisations to broaden reach.
  • Mentor emerging artists and help them showcase their work.
  • Create marketing strategies to promote art programmes and events.
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders on program progress and engagement levels.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration or Cultural Studies
  • Relevant certifications in arts management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in arts program development
