We are seeking a skilled Network Optimization Engineer to join our IT support team in Grimsby. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving network performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless network operations.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on network best practices.
• Analyse network traffic and usage to inform optimization strategies.
• Test and implement new network technologies.
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain network integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in network design and optimization

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
