Job Description

As a Personal Care Aide, your role involves providing care for children in the absence of their parents or guardians. Your primary duty is to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. We're looking for caring individuals who have a passion for supporting children's growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for children at all times.
• Facilitate creative play and learning activities appropriate to various age groups.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties related to childcare.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Administer medication when required, following parents' instructions.
• Foster positive behaviour and social skills among children.
• Report any concerns regarding a child’s health or wellbeing to parents and supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE) is an advantage.

Experience

• 1+ years of childcare experience is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
