We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician to join our vibrant team in London. The successful candidate will be proficient in various treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, ensuring clients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock treatment rooms with necessary products and equipment.
• Manage appointment schedules and client bookings efficiently.
• Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to promote services.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance client satisfaction.
• Provide skincare advice and recommendations for home care.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Degree in Cosmetology or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an aesthetic clinic

Technical Skills

• Chemical Peels
• Microdermabrasion

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Professionalism

Certifications

• Skin Needling Certification
• Advanced Aesthetic Procedures Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Management experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus.
• Ability to conduct training for junior staff: Capable of mentoring and training new team members.
