Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Manager overseeing various projects in Bristol. We're seeking a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in construction management. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Manage the project budget and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  • Monitor compliance with legal requirements and quality standards.
  • Conduct site evaluations and feasibility assessments.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation across projects.
  • Develop logistics plans for material and personnel availability.
  • Track project milestones and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Train and mentor junior project staff.
  • Lead regular project meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

  • 7+ years of experience managing construction projects
