Job Description

As a Snagger, you will play a vital role in our construction team by inspecting projects for defects and ensuring that all work meets our high standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a good understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Examine completed work for compliance with specifications.
• Document defects thoroughly and communicate with relevant teams.
• Assist in developing solutions for identified issues on site.
• Monitor the completion of snagging list items.
• Prepare and present inspection reports for management review.
• Assist site managers with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• A Level or equivalent qualification in construction or engineering
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate

Experience

• Experience in inspecting and completing snag lists for construction projects.

Technical Skills

• Construction management software proficiency
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Flexibility and adaptability

Certifications

• Valid CSCS card
• First Aid at Work certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with MEP installations: Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
• Knowledge of quality control processes: Understanding of quality assurance measures in construction.
