Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Planning Manager to oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources in Rochdale. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management and a keen eye for detail to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between diverse teams involved in the project.
  • Implement changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Evaluate and recommend contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure all construction work complies with design specifications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Master's degree is a bonus

  • 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
