Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Property and Community Manager to take charge of our trailer park. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in property management and be passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the trailer park, ensuring a smooth running of activities.
Foster a sense of community among residents through events and activities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Implement cost-effective maintenance strategies.
Develop marketing strategies to improve park occupancy rates.
Collaborate with local authorities and vendors to facilitate services.
Address and resolve tenant disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated with market trends in property management.
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
Education
Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Experience
5+ years of experience in similar roles, particularly in managing residential properties
