Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced School Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our educational institution. The role involves maintaining discipline, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment, and coordinating with staff and parents.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and management of the school facility.
  • Coordinate and supervise the administrative staff, including receptionists, clerical workers, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Manage student admissions, registration, and enrollment processes.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of school events and activities.
  • Collaborate with the academic affairs department to support curriculum implementation.
  • Handle communication between parents, staff, and other stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Monitor and maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, selection, and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification in educational leadership is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years experience in school administration or a relevant field.
