Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Hearing Aid Specialist to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for assessing patients with hearing difficulties, recommending appropriate hearing aids, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. This role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of your patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess hearing difficulties and recommend adequate solutions
• Custom fit hearing aids and conduct follow-up appointments
• Educate patients on hearing aid technology and maintenance
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Enhance patient experience through effective communication and patient management skills

Requirements

Education

• Hearing Aid Dispenser qualification recognized by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Audiology degree or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a Hearing Aid Dispenser is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. Graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
