Job Description

As a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist, you will conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans to support individuals facing emotional and behavioural challenges. You will be integral in providing practical therapy solutions and collaborating with families and care teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions and support.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and their families.
  • Utilise evidence-based practices to inform clinical decisions.
  • Participate in case reviews and contribute to team discussions.
  • Stay updated with the latest research in behaviour analysis and therapy.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical psychology with a focus on behavioural interventions.
