Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting team members in their daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day office activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of office procedures.
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline communication.
  • Implement efficient filing systems for easy access to information.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including logistics.
  • Provide support during audits and compliance checks.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma
  • Further qualifications in business administration are preferred.
Experience
  • 2-3 years in a similar administration role.
