Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support within our Edinburgh office. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients with a pleasant demeanour.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Oversee office maintenance and communicate with vendors.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary resources.
  • Track project deadlines and assist in maintaining project documentation.
  • Ensure the office maintains a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Administration or related field
Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
