Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll and Timekeeping Clerk to keep our company running smoothly. The successful candidate will handle the accurate recording of employee attendance and timekeeping records, working closely with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Keep meticulous records of employee time and attendance.
  • Utilise timekeeping software to streamline tracking processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments for effective attendance management.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on attendance and timesheet data.
  • Advise management on trends or issues in attendance.
  • Assist in developing training for staff on attendance systems.
  • Ensure correct and timely processing of payroll data related to attendance.
  • Monitor compliance with attendance policies and procedures.

Education

Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll or HR administration is advantageous.
