Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at Creative Minds Agency, you'll be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our clients’ needs. You will design marketing materials, create branding elements, and collaborate with other designers and clients to bring concepts to fruition. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, strong attention to detail, and is proficient in various design software.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and provide expert design advice.
• Assist in developing templates for presentations and reports.
• Conduct photo editing and retouching as needed for design projects.
• Utilise a variety of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Master's degree in Design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design
