Job Description

As an Insurance Policy Advisor with Brighton Insurance Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients regarding various insurance options. Your objective will be to assess client needs, tailor insurance solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' insurance portfolios and suggest adjustments based on their changing needs.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend upgrades or changes as necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
• Utilise CRM tools to manage client information and track sales activities.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of different products.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance)
• Insurance qualifications (e.g., CII or equivalent) are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a consultative insurance role
