Job Description

As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax advice to our clients. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of taxation and ensure compliance with regulations. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about tax and has a solid understanding of current tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and present effective tax strategies.
• Review and prepare personal and corporate tax returns.
• Stay updated on relevant tax changes and industry standards.
• Conduct audits on clients to ensure compliance with tax obligations.
• Advise clients on changes in tax legislation and their potential impact.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax-related activities.
• Work collaboratively with financial advisors to deliver integrated services.
• Assist in client onboarding and tax planning sessions.
• Prepare annual tax provision calculations and financial statement disclosures.
• Develop presentations for clients on tax matters as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• Master's degree in Taxation would be beneficial

Experience

• 3-4 years of experience in a tax-related role

Certifications

• Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)
• ACCA or ACA qualified

Languages

• English: Fluent
