Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Southampton. The ideal candidate will excel at managing sensitive data with accuracy and efficiency, and have a strong understanding of office software.

Responsibilities

  • Input and manage data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Utilise office software to create and maintain databases.
  • Work closely with other departments to gather necessary data.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide feedback on data management processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in an administrative role or similar position
