Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee administrative functions and ensure smooth operations in our Edinburgh office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative team and manage performance.
  • Create and maintain a filing system and documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Prepare and submit budget reports for administrative activities.
  • Implement changes to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative issues within the organisation.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • MBA is preferred
