Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Keyer to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately encoding data using various tools and software platforms. A keen eye for detail and strong data entry skills are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in data cleansing and preparation for analysis
  • Utilise databases and data entry software efficiently
  • Manage and update data entry workflows for efficiency
  • Support the IT team with any software-related issues
  • Liaise with other departments for cross-functional data projects
  • Prepare documentation to support data integrity audits
  • Regularly review updates to data entry processes and tools
  • Ensure all proprietary data remains confidential and secure
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress
  • Assist in developing new data management strategies

Requirements

Education
  • Preferably a recognised diploma in data management or IT
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years in a similar role preferred
