Job Description

We are seeking a Chamber Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the chamber, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to chamber members.

Responsibilities

  • Support event planning by coordinating resources and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all member records are current and accurate.
  • Answer member queries quickly and effectively.
  • Assist in crafting and distributing written communications for the chamber.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials for various events.
  • Research trends affecting local businesses to inform chamber strategies.
  • Assist with the preparation of visual presentations for meetings.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the office.
  • Liaise with internal teams to drive chamber initiatives.
  • Consistently provide excellent service to enhance member satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher education in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience working in a chamber of commerce or similar organization will be advantageous.
