We are seeking a Chamber Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the chamber, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service to chamber members.
Responsibilities
Support event planning by coordinating resources and marketing efforts.
Ensure all member records are current and accurate.
Answer member queries quickly and effectively.
Assist in crafting and distributing written communications for the chamber.
Prepare meeting agendas and materials for various events.
Research trends affecting local businesses to inform chamber strategies.
Assist with the preparation of visual presentations for meetings.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the office.
Liaise with internal teams to drive chamber initiatives.
Consistently provide excellent service to enhance member satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
Higher education in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
Experience working in a chamber of commerce or similar organization will be advantageous.
