Job Description

As a Food Batchmaker (Candy Dipper), you will play a vital role in the production of our delicious confectionery products. Your responsibilities will include operating candy-making machinery, mixing ingredients, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, versatile, and eager to contribute to a dynamic production team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the church's social media presence and engage with the online community effectively.
• Create and maintain content schedules for all communication channels.
• Evaluate the impact of communication strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with volunteers to enhance communication efforts and reach a wider audience.
• Identify opportunities for outreach and engagement within the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Other relevant qualifications may be considered

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably in a non-profit or religious organisation.
