Job Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, managing changes as necessary.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and reports.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Compile and maintain team contact lists and directories.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Participate in team meetings and take minutes.
  • Organise team-building events and activities.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Additional certifications in office management preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for document creation and analysis.
  • Communication Software Experienced in using email platforms and collaboration tools.
  • Project Management Tools Familiarity with tools like Trello or Asana.
  • Attention to Detail Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
  • Time Management Skilled in prioritising tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Interpersonal Skills Strong skills in building relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
  • Project Management Certification
  • English (Fluent)
