Perforator Typist

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Perforator Typist to join our team, where you’ll play a crucial role in accurately typing and perforating important documents. Ideal candidates will ensure timely completion while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in their work.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate perforator machines to comply with document specifications.
• Draft, revise, and edit documents while maintaining high accuracy.
• Keep sensitive documents secure, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
• Organise and maintain filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
• Work alongside team members to optimise office operations.
• Follow company regulations and administrative protocols.
• Carry out additional clerical tasks when necessary.
• Regularly check and maintain the functionality of office equipment.
• Prioritise urgent documentation tasks to meet strict deadlines.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

Education

• A minimum of GSCE in English and Maths
• Further qualifications in administration or business studies are advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
