Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in Chester. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and supporting our administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into the system while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Regularly update and maintain data to reflect changes.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and assists in their execution.
  • Generate weekly and monthly statistics and summaries for management.
  • Support the team in achieving deadlines and performance targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance data management skills.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and report them to your supervisor.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
