Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our Birmingham-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and entering data accurately into our systems, ensuring data integrity, and assisting in various administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and clerical functions as directed by the Office Manager.
  • Monitor and resolve data entry errors effectively.
  • Assist in training new staff in data entry procedures.
  • Compile and prepare statistical analysis reports from the data collected.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Further education or certification in administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry and administrative roles preferred.
