Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Desk Operator to manage and coordinate desk operations in a fast-paced environment. You will handle incoming calls and emails, manage appointments, and support the administrative team to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting visitors.
  • Maintain an organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Book meeting rooms and ensure equipment is prepared for meetings.
  • Assist in training new administrative staff.
  • Perform data entry and manage filing systems to support operations.
  • Adapt to rapid changes and effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Support executive team members with specific admin tasks when required.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certification in office administration or related field is advantageous.
Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
