Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Desk Operator to manage and coordinate desk operations in a fast-paced environment. You will handle incoming calls and emails, manage appointments, and support the administrative team to ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting visitors.
Maintain an organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Book meeting rooms and ensure equipment is prepared for meetings.
Assist in training new administrative staff.
Perform data entry and manage filing systems to support operations.
Adapt to rapid changes and effectively manage multiple tasks.
Support executive team members with specific admin tasks when required.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional certification in office administration or related field is advantageous.
Experience
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
