Job Description

As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized filing system and ensuring the smooth flow of documentation within our organization. This role involves various administrative tasks linked to filing, record management, and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Organize files both physically and electronically for easy access.
  • Label files and ensure proper categorization.
  • Deliver documents to team members as needed.
  • Update records and perform data entry accurately.
  • Distribute incoming mail and manage outgoing correspondence.
  • Assist in managing office supplies inventory.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Work with colleagues to identify and implement filing improvements.
  • Ensure the filing area is tidy and well-ordered.
  • Support administrative functions across the office.

Requirements

Education

Experience
