Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Animal Anatomist to join our dedicated research team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting detailed anatomical studies of various animal species, with a focus on their physiological structures and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform dissections and anatomical examinations on animal specimens with precision.
  • Conduct in-depth research studies to investigate the structure and function of diverse animal bodies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing research findings and observations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to innovate and improve methodologies in animal anatomy research.
  • Maintain meticulous records of experiments, observations, and results.
  • Participate in educational workshops and sessions related to animal anatomy and research.
  • Stay actively engaged with contemporary issues in veterinary science and anatomy.
  • Lead projects that contribute to the enhancement of animal health and welfare studies.
  • Foster an environment of learning and inquiry in the research team.
  • Engage with the academic community through lectures and conferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Biology or a closely related discipline
  • MSc preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in anatomical studies related to veterinary science
