Responsibilities
Design comprehensive safety training programmes tailored to organizational needs.
Conduct training evaluations and adjust programmes based on feedback.
Engage employees through interactive training sessions that foster learning.
Assist in the investigation of safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with health and safety regulators to ensure compliance.
Maintain training records and generate reports on training effectiveness.
Consult with department heads on safety-related initiatives and concerns.
Lead workshops and safety drills to reinforce training.
Implement new training technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Support the continuous development of the team's health and safety strategies.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
Further qualifications in health & safety training preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in occupational health and safety
