Job Description

As a Fitness and Wellness Coordinator, you will be pivotal in developing and executing wellness programs designed to improve employee health and engagement. Your role includes monitoring program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to maximize success.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch wellness initiatives encouraging physical activity and mental wellbeing.
  • Evaluate employee participation and satisfaction in wellness activities.
  • Coordinate health screenings and assessments to track employee health metrics.
  • Work with health professionals to create robust wellbeing resources for employees.
  • Monitor trends in employee health and wellbeing for continuous programme improvement.
  • Arrange health and wellness events, including fitness challenges and seminars.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance health initiatives.
  • Manage social media and internal communications for wellness updates.
  • Support the integration of wellness into company culture and values.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications in fitness or nutrition are a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in corporate wellness programme management
