Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Healthcare Administrator to oversee our administrative functions and support our healthcare team in Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services, managing patient records, and facilitating communication between clinical staff and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Administer patient information and record management.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling and appointment handling.
  • Support insurance verification and patient billing processes.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Foster communication between patients and healthcare teams.
  • Help develop and enforce policy standards within the organization.
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows.
  • Review and improve administrative systems and processes.
  • Assist in staff training and orientation.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
