Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Window Treatment Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a wide range of window coverings in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess installation sites and prepare for installations, including any necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues to management.
• Offer product recommendations to clients based on their preferences and needs.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training in installation practices or home improvement

Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a window treatment installer is preferable

Languages

• English: Fluent
