Responsibilities

• Write and edit technical materials for internal use as well as customer-facing documentation.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to the company’s branding and tone guidelines.
• Gather feedback from users and team members to continuously improve the quality of documentation.
• Develop and deliver training materials to help users navigate software applications effectively.
• Stay updated with technology trends to incorporate relevant information into documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or related field
