Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various types of machinery in our production facilities. Your expertise ensures the smooth operation of our machines, reducing downtime and enhancing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and repairs of machinery.
• Diagnose malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Work on preventive maintenance schedules to ensure machine efficiency.
• Collaborate with other technicians to optimize machine operation.
• Document all maintenance activities and report on issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry technology advancements.
• Participate in safety audits and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in industrial machinery maintenance.

Technical Skills

• CNC machine experience
• Hydraulics knowledge

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
