Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components, contributing significantly to our engineering projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative solutions for mechanical challenges and product improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations when conducting engineering practices.
  • Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior engineering staff.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering design and analysis
