Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Network Operations Manager to oversee our IT Support team in Grimsby. The successful candidate will lead network operations ensuring seamless connectivity and performance across our systems. We're seeking a proactive leader who can drive improvements, manage incidents, and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operations of the network support team to provide exceptional service.
  • Manage network incidents and ensure swift resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Evaluate and implement new network technologies to enhance operations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Work closely with the IT management team to align on strategic initiatives.
  • Lead efforts in network optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with security teams to manage and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to network operations and support.
  • Drive compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting network operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in network management
