Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Civil Engineer to contribute to our innovative projects in Leeds. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing projects that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of civil engineering projects, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project delivery.
  • Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Prepare progress reports and liaise with clients to assure satisfaction.
  • Implement innovative solutions and practices to improve project efficiency.
  • Assess and approve contractor submissions and processes.
  • Review and manage project compliance with planning regulations.
  • Ensure sustainable practices are prioritized in project development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
