Job Description
As a Stationary Engineer or Boiler Operator, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of boiler systems and related equipment. Your expertise will ensure that all systems run efficiently and adhere to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Oversee the installation and maintenance of stationary engines and boiler systems.
Conduct training sessions for support staff on safety practices.
Monitor fuel consumption and make recommendations for optimization.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational status.
Implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Review and maintain documentation related to compliance and maintenance.
Engage in budget management and resource allocation for engineering projects.
Provide technical support for engineering projects involving boiler systems.
Requirements
Education
HND in Engineering or equivalent
Professional boiler certification is a big plus
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience
