Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in Reading. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with industry standards. This role involves close collaboration with architects and clients to deliver innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Review and modify project designs based on feedback and constraints.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to achieve project objectives.
  • Advise on the selection of construction materials and techniques.
  • Maintain thorough records of project documentation and engineering decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in structural design and analysis
Technical Skills
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
