Responsibilities

• Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement Lean manufacturing techniques across the facility.
• Monitor compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Develop and execute training programmes for operational staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
