Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Planner to join our dynamic team in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing aviation operations, working closely with various departments to ensure safety and efficiency in all flight procedures.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise operational plans to reflect current aviation regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage aviation resources effectively.
• Evaluate the operational impact of projects and initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks in operations and propose corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of safety and professionalism within the team.
• Develop training materials related to operational excellence.
• Assist in the planning and execution of major aviation events.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar
• Masters in Aviation or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aviation planning or logistics
