Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion in our Belfast office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, project planning, and execution skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project teams.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and ensure all parties understand their roles.
  • Track and report on project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
  • Proactively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Conduct project closure activities, including lessons learned sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects is a plus
