DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are eager to find a skilled DevOps Engineer to integrate into our Manchester-based team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in automating, configuring, and deploying our cloud infrastructure. This position demands strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies as well as experience with cloud providers like AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to create efficient deployment strategies and reduce downtime.
• Integrate security practices into the DevOps workflow.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform, to manage and provision infrastructure.
• Participate in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems and configurations.
• Document procedures and provide training on systems and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud services and DevOps
