We are on the lookout for a meticulous Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Luton. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing test plans, executing tests, and identifying bugs. Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and execute test plans for new features.
  • Identify and document bugs and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance test coverage.
  • Develop automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide feedback on software quality.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior QA staff.
  • Contribute to quality assurance best practices and standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint reviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing
Technical Skills
  • Manual Testing
  • Automated Testing Tools (e.g., Selenium)
  • Bug Tracking Tools (e.g., JIRA)
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • ISTQB Certified Tester
